Policies/Agreement

  • Deposit/Reservation Payments

    • To secure the date for floral services, the client must sign and return the floral contract agreement along with a non-refundable and non-transferable retainer, which will be 50% of the total order amount. The date and floral arrangements are not confirmed until both the signed agreement and the retainer are received. The remaining balance for floral services is required no later than 21 days before the wedding or event. If the client fails to make the payment by this deadline, the florist reserves the right to cancel the agreement without further obligations and will retain any payments made as compensation.

    Market Adjustments

    • The Florist reserves the right to adjust its pricing due to increases in the wholesale costs of goods or supplies, such as flowers, greenery, vases, etc. The Florist will notify the Client of any price increase when the final invoice is issued, and both parties will mutually agree on any necessary floral adjustments before proceeding. Upon request, the Florist will provide the Client with an itemized list detailing the cost increases. The Client agrees to pay for any price changes in accordance with this section. The Florist will not raise prices for reasons other than increased costs of goods or supplies.

    Delivery, Teardown, Day Of

    • A 10% delivery and setup fee will be applied to all services requiring the Florist’s involvement. Alternatively, the Client may choose to pick up the finished floral arrangements from the Florist’s studio at no additional charge on the delivery date during store hours. An 8% teardown fee will be added to any event where the Florist is required to retrieve floral and rental pieces after the wedding or event. Additionally, a "flipping" or multiple locations fee may be applied if the event requires the Florist to set up, move arrangements between locations, or transform a ceremony site into a reception site during the cocktail hours etc.

    -------------------------------
    . The fees in this Agreement are based on Florist’s current pricing at the time of booking. Floral pricing may be adjusted periodically, and the Client will be charged at the prices in effect at the time.

  • Cancellation By Client

    • If the Client cancels this Agreement for any reason more than 40 days before the order delivery date, the Florist will retain the non-refundable retainer, but the Client will not be liable for the remaining balance. The Client must provide written notice of cancellation via email, as outlined in the Notice provision, and must obtain confirmation of receipt from the Florist. If the Client does not provide the required notice of cancellation or cancels within 21 days of the wedding or event date, the Client will be responsible for paying the full remaining balance.

      Cancellation By Florist

    • If the Florist determines, at its sole discretion, that it is unable or unwilling to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement due to circumstances such as injury, illness, a family member’s death, pregnancy, military orders, religious commitments, or other personal emergencies, the Florist will:

    1. Provide immediate notice to the Client;

    2. Make reasonable efforts to find a competent replacement with the Client's mutual agreement;

    3. If no suitable replacement is available, or the Client does not agree to the transfer of obligations, issue a refund or credit based on the portion of services already rendered;

    4. Release the Client from any remaining performance or payment obligations under this Agreement.

    Rescheduling By Client

    • If the Client reschedules the order within 40 days of the delivery date, Any payments/monies will not be Refunded, and the Client must rebook the Florist's services under a new contract, subject to the Florist's current pricing at the time of the new booking. The Client must provide written notice of the rescheduling via email, following the Notice provision, and obtain confirmation of receipt from the Florist.

  • Product Substitutions

    • To ensure the highest quality of product, the Florist reserves the right to make necessary floral substitutions. The integrity of the proposed color scheme and style will always be preserved, and flowers of equivalent value will be used. Since our products are perishable, we cannot always guarantee their freshness upon delivery to us, and substitutions may be required based on quality or availability. In the event of major substitutions, the Client will be notified immediately. Due to the nature of organic materials, the Florist cannot be held responsible for variations in the color or size of the flowers.

    Client Modifications/Selections

    • No major modifications, such as changes in colors or the overall theme, can be made after 40 days prior to the delivery date. Any changes requested after this period may incur additional fees, which will be billed to the Client before proceeding. All final changes, including the removal or addition of items to the order, must be made no later than 21 days before the delivery date. If items are removed from the order after the 40-day mark will not affect the deposit. (Deposit Cost will remain the same even if items are removed)

    Changes to Quotes/Additional Fees

    • Delivery, setup, "flipping," relocating, and rental retrieval fees are based on the information provided during the initial consultation. The Client may incur additional fees if there are changes to the design or logistical plan, venue or vendor restrictions, multiple delivery locations, or other unforeseen circumstances. These additional fees will be reflected in the final invoice before payment or may be billed separately.

  • All vases, containers, liners, arches, lighting, and other items used for the Client's order by the Florist remain the property of the Florist unless otherwise specified in this Agreement.
